The Fusion has been manufactured to represent all that is needed in a wetsuit for a swimmer’s initial foray into the open water. We believe for the first time they need a suit focused on open water swimming and nothing else. The Fusion gives swimmers the initial confidence and buoyancy they need. No other suit in this price delivers true open water swimming and design without any sacrifices to quality. Balanced buoyancy suits are specifically designed with triathletes in mind. Triathletes are often heavier in the legs due to the muscles developed through cycling and running, which can create drag if they are not able to maintain good body position. Balanced Buoyancy wetsuits like the Fusion & Axis use higher buoyancy materials in the hips, thighs and lower leg. This increases the height of the lower body, lifting the legs and hips and putting the body in a more streamlined position, reducing drag and allowing for a more efficient swim stroke.
