This is a 4/3mm men's wetsuit and uses 100% super stretch neoprene through out. 4mm thick in the core and 3mm in the limbs, providing maximum warmth while allowing flexibility in the arms and legs. A great multi-sport wetsuit. Don't forget to keep your feet warm when wearing a wetsuit. Your extremities are important to protect in order for you to stay warm.
