After two hours I was still nice and warm in 59 degree water. In the 7mm you get 14mm in the chest because of the layering. You can mix the tops and bottoms if you buy separates but I needed the 7 mil

I bought this wetsuit for a dive in Virginia this month where the water was 58 degrees. The sizing chart was accurate, I'm 5'8, 155 pounds and a medium fit me perfectly. It was much easier to take on and off this wetsuit as opposed to my friends that were diving with full 7mm wetsuits. It kept me just as warm as theirs did, and the price was outstanding for this thickness. Definitely recommend this wetsuit for diving in cold water if you don't want to spend $200+.
