I wear windsurfing and kayaking. I think this shirt can be worn for any sport you like. It is a very stretchy neoprene shirt. I have worn it spearfishing too. I also own a billabong jacket and it is wonderful too. I think wearing this with neoprene shorts under your boardshorts is the way to stay warm and not feel like ice cubes. I wear my full suit on colder days. I also wear neoprene boots by h2odyssey. They are not expensive and they are better than my big brand ones.
