Warm suit. I wear it with a 7mm NeoSport hood and 6.5mm H2odyssey Boots. I am warm as toast. If the water is extra cold, I wear the (i think it's called this) XSPAN NeoSport top that is about 1mm thick. The suit has great stretch and I don't struggle to get in and out of it. The neck is comfortable, my torso felt warm. Oh, I did wear gloves, they were 5mm. We are going diving internationally in a few weeks and I am excited to not be cold because I have all the right pieces! Thank you for the support.
