They are cut, hand glued, assembled and sewn in Henderson's USA factory using the exact specifications and materials used in their Spec-Ops line. Talon wetsuits include Henderson's exclusive Fire Fleece lining in the core provides serious stretch, warmth and low pilling and is also quick drying. With sealed seams and Duratex knee pads the Talon wetsuit provides durabiliy, warmth, comfort and protection.
Henderson has a long history of designing and manufacturing wetsuits for the United States Government in it's USA factory. Today, Henderson manufactures its Spec-Ops wetsuits used by the United States Coast Guard, United States Special Forces and various sectors of the United States Armed Services for Special Ops, Explosive Ordinance Disposal and SAR (Search & Rescue) operations and training. Although Henderson Spec-Ops suits are not available to the public, the Henderson TALON is now available for recreational users.

TALON wetsuits must be special ordered. TALON wetsuits are made one at a time, specifically for the owner. Every suit bears a registration number and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the craftsperson that inspected it. This guarantees that the TALON wetsuit you receive was made in the USA to Henderson’s exacting standards. There are no returns or exchanges for this wetsuit. This wetsuit is very versatile and an excellent option for diving, surfing, snorkeling, SUP, kayaking, recreational swimming and so much more! You have found a suit that can be worn for surface water sports as well as for scuba diving. This suit is compression resistant so it is safe to dive with it too!
Yes! One of the best things about the talon is that it is so strechy and well patterned that is can fit many non-conforming body types. If you look at standard wetsuits, they do not stretch over 100% so if gain weight your suit can feel too tight. The size ranges for men's big and tall wetsuits include "T" for tall sizes as well as plus sizes like 4XL, 5XL, and 6XL. Women's plus size wetsuits are also available in "S" short sizes as well as Plus Sizes 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24.
The interior of the Talon is made of a Firefleece lining that is unique to the wetsuit. It is heat retaining and reflects heat back to body. The firefleece is one of the many reasons that this suit is so stretchy. For a suit with so much stretch it is also scuba diving compression resistentant. Unlike standard neoprenes it can handle being in water at deep depths without crushing the cells of the neoprene and breaking it down.

Since every Henderson wetsuit is originally designed and manufactured at its USA factory in New Jersey, Henderson can provide warranty and repair services in the USA.
Henderson will replace or repair, at its discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, lack of reasonable care, accidents, chlorine, or loss of the product. If you believe your garment is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please contact Pleasure Sports customer service to initiate a warranty claim.
