5'4 135 normal size 6 to 8. Ordered size twelve and it was perfect. Lake Superior is known for cool waters. This worked great, was able to snorkle as long as I want. Ordering and shipping of suit was to notch, no problems. Go by the size chart when ordering and you should have no problems.

I wore this up in Chicago, the water was cold. I like the suit a lot. I am pretty rough in my suits so they take a beating so to speak. I was satisfied with the performance. I also own the Henderson Thermoprene combo two piece suit in 7mm and I wear that one when we travel and do cruises. The difference between the two is the seams and the neoprene quality. The Henderson is higher end. Both are great and I like the suit. I pair my suit with 7mm boots and 5mm gloves. I wear a thermal layer as was recommended to me by my diving instructor. I wear the Hyperflex brand Polyolefit thermal suit that is unisex. It fits me well and keeps me much warmer than without it. I have a NeoSport 7/5mm hood. The accessories I am learning are just as important as the wetsuit. One more thing, I like the front zipper entry on the jacket and the shoulder entry on the long jane I own. Worn with the Jane under this jacket as a 2 piece wet suit. I am a diver and the longer I am under water the more heat I lose this keeps the heat in, I wear a skin under both so it is easy to don. Pleasure sports helped with my sizing and I saved $58 on tax alone to CA. I purchased a total of 4 wetsuits for myself. This is my cold water suit. The zipper is smooth and dry. The zipper makes it easy to get out of quickly when I am tired. I had to change out a wetsuit size for my shorty and the exchange was free, they sent me a shipping label, it was so easy.
