Combo wetsuits come in tops and bottoms. The top is a women's neoprene long sleeve jacket with a front zipper. The bottom is a full length sleeveless long jane that is worn under the jacket. There are a variety of thickness to choose from and you can mix and match them. These women's tops and bottoms can be worn independently or layered. The combo tops and bottoms come in 3, 5, and 7mm thicknesses. You can wear 3mm women's long janes with 5mm Jackets so mix and matching to meet your needs is normal.
