I wear this suit in a size 16, it is a 5mm suit but feel more stretchy than I expected. My old 5mm is more rough on the skin and feels tougher to stretch. The size chart was helpful I was between the 14 and the 16 and glad I went to the 16. The suit does dry quickly, I used it for swimming. Some day I will get certified and then I will also dive with it. I needed a suit that didn't allow water to seep in, I need about an hour in the water and this extended that to about 2 and half. I also wear a hood and some swim socks in 5mm. I am getting use to the hyperflex paddle gloves. My next suit will be a spring suit, I am planning a trip south. I saves so much on tax that I could buy more gear - ha ha ha
