We Accept PayPal We accept payment via PayPal! If selected during check out you will be prompted to log into your PayPal account to complete payment. Following payment you will be returned to the order verification screen at PleasureSports.com. At the time of order a "hold" is placed on the PayPal funds required to pay for the order, however you will not be charged until the order ships.

International Credit Cards We accept orders that are paid by international credit cards. These orders can be shipped within the U.S. or Internationally as well. We will then send you an e-mail requesting you to verify the amount of the charge in $USD, please check with your credit card company and reply to the e-mail with the amount. Depending on your bank this may take 24 hours to appear on your account. After verification we will charge the balance of the order amount and ship your order. Expedited Shipping You may expedite your order by choosing an upgraded shipping method. We offer USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) shipping for a flat rate of $8.00. This is a great way to get your item sooner if you live in the western states. This service is not guaranteed. If you live in Florida or the Southern states please refer to the Ground shipping map because Ground may arrive sooner or the same as Priority Mail. For guaranteed delivery, select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air delivery.
International Shipping Please note: O'Neill, Mares and Rip Curl products are not available for shipping outside the United States. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International for international orders. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) and the destination. You can calculate shipping by adding an item(s) to the cart and using the shipping calculator located there. The shipping fee paid covers the cost of transportation only and does not include any duties and/or customs fees that are assocaited with any imported product. You may return your product for a refund or exchange within 60 days of your purchase. All products must be UNUSEDand returned with original tags/packaging to be accepted for exchange or return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges that result from an exchange or return. We pride ourselves in getting your size right the first time so please feel free to call us for a size request, we are happy to assist you. Please note: if shipping charges are not assessed on the replacement order, the refund for the original item will be less the cost to ship the replacement item.
Exchanges Simply fill out the return/exchange form that is stapled to your invoice. If you are unable to locate the form, you may download the Exchange Form . Please make sure to include the original manufacturer’s packaging and tags together with a copy of your receipt (do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the return box). Carefully fold your wetsuit and return in the original packaging. Wetsuits should not be folded along the length of the suit as this will result in a crease in the neoprene chest plate. Please follow the folding instructions on the return form. We are not responsible for the return shipping so for your protection use a traceable and insured shipping method for your return (no COD’s will be accepted). Your wetsuit exchange will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt and will ship UPS Ground uness otherwise requested. Return shipping will be charged to the credit card on file or as provided on the exchange form. To expedite an exchnage, simply purchase the replacement wetsuit and we will ship it to you right away. Then follow the instructions for return located below to receive a refund for the original wetsuit. Discounts and/or coupons are not valid on orders designated as replacements for an item that will be returned for a refund. If applied to the replacement order, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned item.
