We know that buying a wetsuit is an important purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a refund or exchange within 60 days of your purchase. Please note that Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags to be accepted for exchange or return.

Please contact us for an RA number at 866-573-0702 or via email to Then, fill out the return/exchange form that is stapled to your invoice. If you are unable to locate the form, you may download the Exchange Form here.

Please make sure to:

  1. Include the original manufacturer’s packaging and tags
  2. Include a copy of your receipt
  3. Please do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the return box
  4. Carefully fold your wetsuit and return in the original packaging.
  5. Please follow the folding instructions on the return form. Important: wetsuits should not be folded along the length of the suit as this will crease the neoprene chest plate.
  6. Use a traceable and insured shipping method for your return (no COD’s will be accepted and we are not responsible for the return shipping)

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to return or exchange my order?
Your wetsuit exchange will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt and will ship FedEx SmartPost unless otherwise requested. To expedite an exchange, simply purchase the replacement wetsuit and we will ship it to you right away. Then follow the instructions to receive a refund for the original wetsuit. Return shipping will be charged to the credit card on file or on the exchange form. Discounts and/or coupons are not valid on orders designated as replacements for an item that will be returned for a refund. If applied to the replacement order, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned item.

How Long does my refund take?
Your refund will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt and will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note that refunds exclude original shipping charges. If shipping charges are not assessed on the replacement order, the refund for the original item will be less the cost to ship the replacement item.

What are the fees for shipping internationally?
The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) and the destination. You can calculate the shipping cost to your international address by adding an item(s) to the cart and using the shipping calculator. The shipping fee covers the cost of transportation; it does not include any duties and/or customs fees that may be associated with any imported product to your international address. All duties and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
